As residents, it's important to understand both our responsibilities and those of the Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA is committed to providing exterior maintenance for each lot subject to assessment.

Please note that while the HOA covers these aspects, it does not include maintenance of glass surfaces. Additionally, costs for maintenance or repair caused by intentional or negligent acts of owners, family members, guests, or invitees will be added to the assessment for that lot.
